Rodda Paint Co. is an independent subsidiary of the Cloverdale Group. Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, the company has more than 140 retail locations across the Northwest, including 119 full-service company stores. Rodda Paint Co. operates plants in the United States in Portland, Oregon; Woods Cross, Utah; and Vancouver, Washington.
The group sells architectural coatings and related products through 448 distribution points, including corporate stores and independent dealers throughout Canada and the Pacific Northwest, including Alaska. Cloverdale’s industrial maintenance, protective coatings and OEM products are sold through corporate stores and industrial distribution service centers in Surrey, British Columbia; Calgary, Alberta; Edmonton, Alberta; Winnipeg, Manitoba; Mississauga, Ontario; London, Ontario; Portland, Oregon; and Montreal, Quebec.
Notes: In December 2024, Rodda Paint Co., in partnership with the Cloverdale Group of Surrey, British Columbia, completed its acquisition of Miller Paint Co., an employee-owned company founded in 1890. The agreement brings together two longstanding Pacific Northwest paint manufacturers with shared values and regional roots. Company leaders said the move will strengthen service, expand reach and preserve the legacy of both brands.
